Horrible customer service. They burned my food, i brought it back and showed them, they argued with me about how it was supposed... to be like that. It was also missing a topping, and they argued with me about that too even though it was clearly on thereceipt. They said they couldn?t issue a refund because it was an online order. The girl at register kept rolling her eyes andmaking faces at me with the customers. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. i was not happy with the food.. it shouldn?tbe an argument!! What kind of customer service is that? It should be as simple as what can i do to fix it? I?ve neverexperienced such horrible customer service. I didn?t even get my refund. On the app it says contact store for order issues. Ieat here all the time and have never had this issue. I know what burnt food looks like, and i know what it looks and tastes likewhen it is NOT burnt. This was burnt! Read more

The foods were a little dry, long wait time. The taste was good.
I also got food poisoning at this location today. Ate around noon, sick at 4pm. Nothing else eaten all day except routine... items at my house. It was the chicken chopped salad. Explosive dia.... Rubios has been one of my favorite places to eat since I was a kid and I?ve always been impressed by how fresh they are but my... date was cut off short today when the shrimp quesadilla I ordered gave me food poisoning. What was supposed to be a nice day outwith my girlfriend turned into a nightmare of stomach pains, fatigue, and the worst vertigo I?ve ever experienced within an hourof lunch. I might continue going to other locations but I?ve almost always had an issue with the one at Fashion Valley and thiswas the final straw. Read more
Wow frustrating. We walked in and we?re ignored for a solid 10 minutes by employees until we eventually left without even being... helped. The worst part was that other people were coming in after us and were being greeted by the employees while neither ofthe cashiers even so much as looked at us. We love Rubios but this specific one needs a good costumer service training for allthe employees. We left hungry and that?s something you don?t expect when going to ANY restaurant. Read more
Healthy quick bite to eat, but the sauce they put in was a bit overboard . Moses couldn?t even split that ocean of sauce they... put all over that food. Subtlety goes a long way, especially when you want to taste every piece of your meal. Read more
