Our family has been eating at Rubios for decades. Generally the food is very good and the people that work there are friendly... and competent. This evening we decided Rubios would be a good choice for a late meal. We went to the Rubio?s in PB. We ordered- there were 5 adults and 2 young children. When the food arrived all of the fish tacos and accompanying beans were cold. Weasked them for warm food. The staff acted like our request was at the outer limits of unreasonable. However several minuteslater the tacos came back warm, but from the taste and texture it seemed like they had just microwaved the tacos y the o warmthem up. We spent over. $60 and it was not money well spent. This is by far the worst Rubios I?ve ever dined at, coupling verypoorly prepared food exceptionally bad service. Read more
My order was taken by Mereck. First, he kept touching his face/mustache and his phone - not sanitary when handling... food. Second, he and the young lady working with him, which I believe her name is Patty (as it states on the receipt), weregossiping about customers. Mereck seemed grouchy and he has an opinion about every customer, it seems. Very tacky and made thislocation look trashy. Read more
Every time I order through Grubhub my order comes late, cold, and without salsa. I?d be a walk in customer but since we can... order online walk in customers wait longer. Ugh shame for a former good taco place. Read more
Merek! Thank you for being so kind! If this man isn?t the manager or someone important here, he really should be! He went above... and beyond not just with us, but with other customers as well. He took our order and when it was ready, he carefully placed outfood in front of us, and treated us as we were in a five star restaurant! Thank you so much for being so kind! Read more
This is a cute little place that is decently priced and the food is amazing! The staff is really nice and helpful. It's not over... crowded and they are laced on the no shirt, no service! We are on the beach after all!! Will definently be back!! Read more
This restaurant is a favorite of ours and this location doesn?t disappoint. We love the fish tacos. Always satisfying and fresh.
Large seating area inside & tables outside. Specials are a good value. Tastes just like I remember from 30 years ago!
Love their fish tacos and bowls. The 3 star is for the salmon on my bowl. It was so dry and overcooked. Disappointed.
