I?m going to start of by saying I?m a huge fan of Sam?s. Came down from LA for a little day trip with my girlfriend and this was... one of the spots I had to hit up. Sadly, I was disappointed. The burger was ok, nothing special, a good solid burger. The bunhad this little burnt Sam face and it made my burger just smell burnt every time I took a bite, i didn?t like that at all andruined it for me. However the fries and tots especially where absolutely amazing and perfectly crispy, loved them so much. Fortwo of us (2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks) it was nearly $39 which was absolutely absurd in my opinion. nearly $20 per person foran ok burger and (delicious) fries is not ok. Read more

Hands down the best burger I have ever had. Visiting from Rhode Island and I had to check out Sam?s Burgers. The staff is... friendly and the food came out fast. I ordered Sam?s Fav, Double Bacon Cheddar, with two patties and it was perfection. The meatwas cooked just right and the bacon-onion jam added great flavor. I also ordered a side of fries with ranch dressing. The frieswere crispy and the herbs in the ranch dressing made it taste light and fresh. The box the food comes in is a great touch. This is one of the best burgers I ever had in San Diego. Great quality meat cooked to perfection. The Chilli Cheese fries were... surprisingly really good. The fries are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The cups with Sams logo on them arepretty good. Just hung out had some great food and enjoyed the environment.
