Lack of Costumer service, very moody owners. No restroom access allegedly " broken" since Covid!. If the bathroom is really... broke for this long they may have apretty bad sewer problem that can backglow to their cooking sicks and theybare using the samewater to make this drinkins so disgusting. I ordered 3 drinks that costed $19.40. The owner took our orders with confident. She talked like she knows what she was doing... but it was a waste of our money. The honey was unmixed, still clinging to the cup even after I shook it a few times. I orderedless milk but it was extremely creamy. It has no oolong tea taste and it was full of ice when I ordered the least ice possible.It was gross! There will be no return visit from me! Read more

Service here was great! The woman was so nice and the inside is so cute. This place is a little low key though but if you find... it then you?re in for a treat! I love that they only have non dairy options for their drinks! Dairy can be very filling andlimiting for some. I got a Matcha Red Bean Milk Tea and a Taro Pearl Milk Tea. I always go to this place with my girlfriend because we like to study here, but we were very disappointed today. We bought three... different drinks and we asked for water but the girl at the register said that they only are allowed to sell the bottle water??after we bought three different drinks she can not give us some cup of water? Also, another customer came in, who is apparentlya regular. She asked for a regular milk tea, but the lady at the counter thought she wanted her usual (taro milk tea). When thecustomer told the lady her mistake, she said "Well you usually get Taro milk tea" and refused to remake the customer's drink(note: the Taro milk tea is $4.25 and a regular milk tea is $3.50). When the customer left, she was audibly ranting to hercoworker about the incident, which was very unprofessional and unnecessary. After this experience, we will go elsewhere when wewant to study at a boba place. Read more
Shareteas are the best! I?ve tried many local boba shops and always wish there was a Sharetea nearer to me. They use jams with... real fruit instead of those artificially flavored syrups. The fruit teas taste so fresh and the milk teas are creamy and sweet.Love this place! Read more
