Decent food. Biggest issue is that they do not have a walk-in area to order, so you have to order from the stalls even if you... walk there. They tend to be understaffed, so they prioritize the drive thru and leave the stalls until they have time. So a4-star rating for food quality and 2 stars for customer service. Read more

I ordered online, checked in when I arrived, waited over 20 minutes still to just be told I would have to keep waiting. When the... food finally did arrive, the entrees were cold and the ice was all melted (seriously, not one cube left). Oh, and they got theorder wrong as well. I took my grandkids there today. I knew it was a bad choice because it was 3:15! But I had no choice due to the time contraints... I wasunder. I arrive at 3:20 and sure enough didn't get to order until 3:55...45 minutes just to order with only some 7 cars inline!! After ordering I didn't receive the first drink until 4:07 a good 12 minutes!!! When he came with other two drinks 3-4minutes later i was frustrated and said "what takes so long?" The employee short armed my drinks and mad dogged me!! So much sothat my 15 yr old granddaughter noticed it!! To top it off they forgot the 2nd pretzel I odered. I ordered my food at 10:30-ish went to sonic and put the order to be brought to me 10:45. It is now 11:11 so I decided to go to... the drive-thru to get my order since every single stall was occupied and that was the only way to get in. I asked to get my foodand they said there?s nothing they could do about giving my food to me. I?m still waiting for my sonic order and it has been wayover the time I provided for them. Read more
Horrible service and management. Myself and 3 of my coworkers each placed mobile orders around 9:45pm and I arrived at the... restaurant around 10:00pm and informed them of our orders. After 15 minutes had passed, I pushed the button again and told themI had been waiting for the 4 mobile orders, again I was told it will be coming out. After 25 minutes passed, I called one of theemployees walking by and told her I?d been waiting more than 25 minutes. Finally she brought out one of the orders. After a fewminutes she brought out another. After another ten minutes she brought out the third order. After I had been there for about 40minutes total, I hailed down the manager for the last order and he said let me go check. A few minutes later he came out withthe final order and I asked why it took so long. He said ?sorry, there were a couple orders that backed us up.? I told him I hadbeen there for 45 minutes and I saw several cars come after me and receive their food before me and leave. He again apologizedand said ?they must?ve kept skipping over your orders inside, next time you come I?ll get you a free drink.? First off, the waittime was unacceptable, second, his response was horrible and the restaurant is obviously being mismanaged, and lastly, a freedrink doesn?t give me back the 45 minutes I wasted in the stall waiting for orders that the employees were clearly brushing off.Never going back to this sonic and will recommend all friends, family, and co-workers to steer clear. Can't beat the 50 cent corndog special! Update: Got the Bacon on Bacon Double Quarter Pound Cheeseburger. It was surprisingly... good. There was truly a double amount of bacon on the burger. The two burger patties were not greasy, but were small. Sotheir size made the amount of bacon even seem greater. All in all a tasty burger. Read more
One of our favorite go to places when we need a late night snack or drink. The Sonic app is the best because it is always happy... hour and there are plenty of slushes and soda?s or tea to choose form. Plus they usually have some other deal going on (like 2for $5 burgers or $1 grilled cheese). Location is great, usually right next to or close enough to a freeway exit where you caneasily grab something and hit the road again. I do miss when they had their grilled chicken sandwiches with hatch chili?s butthere is plenty on the menu to choose from. One of my favorite?s is their hot fudge shake, sounds like a lot but it is actuallythick, creamy, and very light. My husband loves their tater tots and also has recently enjoyed their newer broccoli cheddar tots(literally they taste like broccoli cheddar soup in a tot form). Sonic?s burgers are always a good choice and my Dad loves theirConey Chili dogs. And of course don?t forget the cranberry lime slush (or any one of the many flavors Sonic has to offer).
