Relaxing place to wait for someone to walk across the border if you come through the Sentri lane.
I asked to get my drink without caramel drisle and soy milk, when drove up to the payment window i got asked again what type of... milk I had asked for, I repeat soy. When I got my drink I?m sure they didn?t fix a thing from the drink since I saw somethingwhite sinked in the bottom & also caramel on it. Ugh next time if you doubt they didn?t made your drink properly ask them to remake. I also went out of my way to leave a tip, but this makes me not want to support. Went to Starbucks with my sister to get a white mocha Frappuccino, with almond milk, no whip cream. She can?t have dairy. They... handed me the drink with whip cream. I nicely asked the girl that we order it without whip cream. It wasn?t a busy day in thedrive thru the barista decided to remove half of the whip cream and hand it back. Then I asked to be made again please, thebarista decided to add that drink to the blender blend it adding more Ice. If she already wasted that much time doing all thatwhy couldn?t she take the time to make it again, mind you she pour it in the same cup. The drink tasted awful I tried it. We hadto throw it away. The girl handing me the drink didn?t even apologize nor even tried to make it right. It?s sad to see how theircustomer service is. Read more
Great service, my drink was perfect. I can def say the Night Shift baristas make better drinks but regardless never unsatisfied.
Wow the best customer service I have came across. Made me feel welcomed answered all my questions. Didn't feel like other shops... I have gone to where I felt they just wanted to over pay for a bike. Read more
Average Starbucks, they're usually always out of stock of multiple items. (Food, Syrups, etc) Two of the supervisors (girls... can't remember the names) but they can be very condescending towards customers & their employees (very unprofessional) Most ofthe baristas are friendly and there's 1 or 2 that are amazing. Everything was fine, drinks were good and all. Sadly I can't give more than 2 stars because I had something very inconvenient... happen. I ordered 3 lunch sandwiches as they didn't have any breakfast ones. Handed one to my nephew and all the sandwhich andthe contents of it fell to the ground. The bottom of the bag just opened like if it was never sealed. I look at the 2 othersandwiches and their bags are the same, opened from the bottom, they would've fallen out also had I not taken them out withextra caution from the bag. This has never happened to me at any starbucks and the sandwiches were half of my order so I can'tgive more than 2 stars. Those bags need to be properly sealed, who is going to expect their sandwich to fly out the bottom ofthe bag? Read more
