Usually this Starbucks is good; however, today I ordered my usual cold latte with NO ice. The barista, a tall, Black man gave me... a drink that was only 2/3 full? When I asked why my coffee was not full, he said because there was ?no ice?. I order this drinkat least 3 times a week from multiple different store locations and NEVER have they only filled up PART of the cup. That?ssimply unacceptable. When I asked him to fill it fully, because I paid for a whole drink, he begrudgingly filled it to**almost** but not quite full and said absolutely nothing to me, no apology. I spend over $100 on gift cards and asked if I can have an empty tall cup. To put one of the gift cards since they didn?t have... any envelopes. I was told no and their manager is strict. Could?ve made a big deal, but will no longer be going to that one.I?m glad other Starbucks are so much more lenient.
