Stopped by yesterday, Nov. 18. knowing it would be busy for "free giveaway of reusable cup day." It seemed that some customers... walked out with several "free cups" after purchase while others were only limited to one even after multiple purchases atregister (if given any at all). Don't know how clear this giveaway policy's rules were announced to their employees....upper orfloor manager's fault but it seemed rather unfair to customers including many after waiting more than half hour for theirpurchased beverages Read more

Everything is good here but the location is a bit sketchy since it is actually too popular. Sometimes is dangerous to make a... left to get in the parking lot and the drivethru is so small. The car wash next door has two lanes that merge into one. It wouldbe much easier and waay less dangerous. Sometimes the line goes out to the street and people coming from the freeway try to cutit. Avoid the place during rush hours or you will easily lose 40 minutes waiting for your turn to get a coffee. Read more

I had to call around to find a particular travel tumbler, and the employee that answered was extremely nice and helpful enough... to set aside the tumbler I wanted since it was the last one available. When I got to the store to make the purchase, the sameemployee was at the register and was just as nice and helpful as she was over the phone. Read more

Horrible service. Was never welcomed, mobile order wasn't ready and the place was empty. Every associate looked like they didn't... want to be there, dragging their feet for everything. They weren't paying attention and I was waiting on a drink the associatehad added to a different order. Seriously the only reason people still pay for the overpriced and basic drinks is to at leastget some decent customer service but when that goes out the window what is the point? Never returning. What a GREAT improvement with the remodel. It looks like it was gutted and rebuilt from bare walls. The remodel has an expanded... coffee bar including the Nitro Brew coffee on tap. The furniture is all new and is comfortable! San Diego South Bay Starbuckstypically include uncomfortable furniture that seems like it's built for a public school detention room. I've always been amazedhow inviting the Starbucks are in Mexico compared to here. Quite a nice change!! Read more

Understaffed and dirty. I ordered my drink through the app, I went to the bank, then Starbucks and they weren't even starting my... drink....which should've already been done. While waiting, I tried to order the Gingerbread Loaf that they had in the glass, ofcourse they didn't have any so the guy asked if I wanted another loaf before he told me they were out. If I asked for one, whywould you ask me if I wanted a different one? Just say you're out! I actually had somewhere to be, so 4 min turned into 15minutes later and I barely made it back to my destination in time. I only come here because it's the only one close to mychurch, but I might just start tuffing it out. Read more
