hi there, fellow barista that works at the store. we get a lot of calls in the middle of the night with people asking about our... hours. for our business hours; our lobby closes at 9pm and the drive is thru open 24 hours. you?re still able to place deliveryand mobile orders; but if you show up after closing, come in drive thru and we will gladly help you with no questions asked.thank you so much. I go to this location 28th and National San Diego California almost everyday. Today was different they had the most nicest... barista working there that I never seen before. She took the time to tell me good morning, and she asked me my name and if itwas a mobile order. She gave me my drink and she said have a wonderful day! I been going there for 2 years and I have never beentreated like she did. I go in around 5:00 am or a little bit after and most of the times the employees don?t even look at me orsay good morning or have a great day. Sometimes I stand there waiting for my mobile order and they don?t even ask me anything Ihave to go get their attention. Well the Barista today was Kate I went and thank her for being so nice and I told her she wasvery nice and that she made me day. She did tell me she was going to be transferred I told her that was too bad cause they needmore baristas like her in that all Starbucks specially that one.. it would be nice to see a happy face everyday when I get mycoffee. It's Starbucks as a whole! I'm very SAD they are no longer selling bananas in the store. I lose my favorite simple drink of... "grande mocha fapp with a banana blended". I can even use the banana I bring from home! I just really love the taste and I'mgoing to miss Starbucks cause I'm not interested in trying anything new if I can't add a banana in it. Read more
