Warm greetings from all the employees. Felt super welcome. Honestly such a chill environment I wish it was my living room.

Drive thru took 30 minutes after I did a mobile order. Once I got through the drive through the barista had the nerve to say ?oh... finally you?re here? after I waited for 30 minutes in the drive through line. Terrible experience at this location. Waited over 24 minutes in the drive thru for my 3 drinks. Two Frappuccino and one... refresher. The Frappuccino seemed as if it was an ice drink. No ice. It had completely melted from the extended time waiting. I'm not sure how they think it's ok. Also ordered a pumpkin loaf. They asked if I wanted it warm I said yes. They handed it tome and it was cold. I asked if they had warm it up and she said yes. I asked to warm it up again. She supposedly did. Handed itback to me and it was cold. Bad service, no bathroom avaliable for customers, don't go there if you have especial needs..

I walked in, and they didn't greet us, the girl at the counter only sighed and said, "what can I get for you?" I ordered a venti... hot chai w soy and it tasted like pure steamed milk w cinnamon, I also ordered an iced espresso w light ice & almondmilk, not asplash!! and I got a cup FULL of ice with my shots poured on top of my syrup, it was so full I couldn't mix anything, I got asplash of milk, horrible customer service and bad drinks. I ordered 4 drinks total including my venti oatmeal espresso. I'm okay with paying for coffee but what I'm not okay with is when... they give you drinks looking like this.
