Horrible customer service!! Bathrooms are closed for customers. I understand that California?s horrible mismanagement of the... homeless has caused drastic issues for local businesses and forced company?s to close the restrooms. When there is a two yearold little girl about to pee her pants, maybe use a little discretion and let her use the little girls room! Read more

I normally like this location but the last two times I?ve gotten a drink with oatmilk - I soon find out it is not oatmilk.... Please be aware if you?re lactose intolerant to make them ask the barista if it is indeed what you asked for. Read more

Place misses one of the purposes of being a Starbucks (i.e. being a place to sit and study for a bit) because there are no... useable outlets - perhaps it?s the landlord considering the L&L next door covered their outlets in a haphazard way (withcardboard and tape), and more importantly it could be because the Midway District has too many ?loiterers.? I have given this location a benefit of a doubt that maybe its the barista working at the time. However, over the course of a... decade ordering my Soy green tea latte and white chocolate mocha ?no foam? never fails. My husband and I always get what was notordered and worst half of it is foam Never fails, drive thru of pick up, its warm not hot and half of cup is foam.. Read more

Me, my 7 y old son, and my family were HARASSED by Starbucks employees. We came in at 7:45pm bought our food, spent $44 with... drinks and food. The order got ready 7:55pm. At 8:01pm a employee comes to our table to kick us out, then we ask sometime tostay until finish our food, with mad face she doesn?t answer and then at 8:04pm she comes back screaming towards us in order tokick us out. The manager also comes right after harassing us and starts calling security. Even though they were going to keepworking for their drive-thru until late night. We left at 8:05pm. First time in this location and never more. Starbucks shouldknow better who they hire for their stores. At this location, terrible customer service! Be aware!!! Read more

It's nice to be inside a Starbucks once again! I see the great care for employee and customer health and safety: 3 customers at... a time allowed inside, masks required. The store has a carefully planned layout, marked by tape on the ground, outlining waitingareas and separate lanes of traffic for in-store orders and mobile order pick up. All designed to keep people at a maximumdistance apart. Well done, Starbucks! Read more
