This coffee shop lacks the spirits of Starbucks. After waiting so long on the line for the slow employee guy to just buy a... Christmas gift card I realized my credit card chip doesn't work. I told him I'm going to bring cash. When I came back he totallyignores me and keeps himself busy handling the gallons of milk. After like 5 minutes another employee came forward to help. Theguy had simply decided not to help me for whatever reason. I wonder if these guys are Starbucks employees or the grocerystore's! After reading other people reviews I realized they also experienced the staff ignorance and indifference. Read more
Just like Sissy x's review, I was here and the older blonde lady was so rude and I eventually just walked away and out of the... store, she ruined my desire for a drink. I was looking at my phone for PETA's vegan options and I said let me look at the menuwhile I was looking at the phone and she rudely said "the menu is up here!" And also she seemed like a know it all and shedidn't even know what "captain crunch" was, what Starbucks worker doesn't know that and I said to her "every single Starbuck's Ihave been to knew these names." Regardless I am a very patient person but this woman really tested it, I could have started anargument but instead I just walked away. Read more
It?s an odd experience that I?ve never had at another Starbucks. There is an older woman who works there in the morning and it?s... almost like she prefers and treats some customers very friendly while others she?s openly cold too. Apparently I was selected tobe one of those customers. Every time I went to that particular Starbucks she was always cold and dismissive to me. I thought itwas just me but I?ve seen her do it to others. Enough became enough and I switched to a different coffee shop because I justcouldn?t stand for it anymore. I?m not saying that I?m any sort of saint, but I honestly don?t know what I did to this woman tohave her treat me this way. Read more
Love this Starbucks. Staff is really nice and friendly. As a kiosk it is smaller and more personal than larger Starbucks... locations. Read more
