My favorite Starbucks location!! Always friendly, always charitable, always exceptional care & outstanding service. I was short... some change for a big order during a busy peak time for their business, Paul, on of their managers spotted me the difference, and his kindness made All the difference in my day. It's always super quick. Even when it's crazy busy I never spend more than 6 or 7 minutes in the drive through. They are always... super nice and make my coffee perfect everytime! Read more
Friendly Starbucks employees. When there is a drive-thru line in the morning, there is a Starbucks employee taking orders to... speed up wait time. ???????? The only disadvantage is the drive-through line is so chaotic with people going into the gasstation, going to Starbucks and cars that simply wanna go into the strip mall parking area.. Regardless of how the line startsfor Starbucks, somebody needs to direct it, put up some orange-cones, signs or something to direct vehicles that are pullinginto the shopping center parking lot.. Starbucks is my daily indulgence!! It makes it really nice when I?m greeted with such a welcoming voice on the other side of the... drive-thru. I frequent this Starbucks due to its hours and accessibility due to the fact I work random hours. It?s nice when Ihear Sophia on the intercom. She is such a nice person and seems so genuine. I know that Starbucks is always busy and has tonsof customers. But some how she remembers my drink and my name just by my voice. That?s outstanding! She?s definitely a greatemployee to have. Not sure what it is about this location but their marshmallow dream bars are never fresh. Fourth time purchasing from this... location and all purchases have had a weird taste if not a coffee taste which I do not drink. They smell like coffee all the waythrough. The dream bars are the only thing that I buy at Starbucks so I know the right taste/texture it?s especiallydisappointing when this location isn?t as consistent as the other local locations or out of state locations. It?s just weird.Shame on me for not checking taste before leaving Parking lot and not getting a refund every time. Maybe it?s the thawing methodor thaw pan not thoroughly cleaned or coffee stored above the bars seeping through the package I don?t know. But compare thislocations to others, definitely not the same. Great location and staff was very nice and helpful. We mobile ordered and when we arrived our drinks were ready to go. They were... good, one thing we love about Starbucks is everything is usually consistent. Our usuals always taste the same. Sometimes you gosomewhere and the same drink always tastes different. Accessibility: there is a (small) drive through as well handicap parking in front of the store. There is a ramp to get onto the... sidewalk, and the door to enter is a pull door. Experience: I went through the drive through at 7:40 AM on a Thursday and itonly took about 2-3 minutes from start to finish! Super fast service, really nice employees, and great food/drinks. This is honestly first time taking the time to give a review, but I went ahead and ordered a toasted white hot chocolate through... the drive through. At first I received the wrong drink. I immediately tasted the espresso and noticed I received a white mocha,which was perfectly fine, I just drove back. What made me really disappointed was I got the same exact drink but with insteadwith whipped cream and sprinkles. Medically, I?ve been told I cannot have caffeine and I was hoping to get the white hotchocolate because it helps me sleep at night. It was a waste of $5 was dumped immediately. Read more
