The Starbucks closes early without notice
Today 12/24/2021 we went to this Starbucks store located inside the Ralphs market to order 3 cups of coffee Vanilla... Frappuccino, but the only employee there at the time (which was the female) made wrong coffees for us. We asked her to fix itand made the coffee Vanilla Frappuccino ones. But she tried to delay for a while then finally re-made the order for us. She wasmaking our orders with a loathsome and annoyed attitude toward us. When done, she was like giving us a handouts, and threw thestraws on the counter without saying anything!! Not polite and rude . Read more
I ordered a iced venti matcha green tea latte with soy milk and I swear it was made with matcha and dish soap water or... something because it was the worse drink I tasted in my life. It was so bad I left it in my car. I didn't have any of the drinkin the store. I have a toddler and needed the extra kick for me more towards the night and omg, I took a sip after I parked inmy driveway and just about threw up all over myself. I puked in my hand it was so horrible. Had a weird nasty chemically rancidtaste. I literally swore off of any Starbucks now due to that horrible drink. Anything with that logo is a no no for me. I'lljust buy the matcha powder from Costco and make my own if thats the case. Not sure what it is but many businesses are lackingwith their quality of made products for customers. I paid a lot of money for my drink and soy is extra, for it to make me vomitand not do Starbucks again is a very serious thing to me. Read more
Parking lot is around the corner from the entrance and around closing time it will be a little bit sketchy to get there after... parking your car and getting out to go walk which is around the corner right past the Jamba Juice entrance is where you?re goingto find the front of this Starbucks location. Not my favorite location because they close earlier than most of the otherlocations do so I almost had to settle for Jamba Juice instead, as it was open and brightly lit up inside which was a temptingchoice to get a delicious drink like I was literally craving. But I decided to just pout all the way back to my car and Idecided to go to the next closest Starbucks that I made sure was still open this time before I got there! Lol! Read more
