The staff was so friendly and really seemed to care about your order. It was a very chill and relaxing spot to do the work I... needed to do and even had a charging station for my tablet. I had ordered a quad ice toasted Oat shaken espresso and that?s not what I received. It was completely more milky than espresso... (considering I paid for the extra shot). Stop cutting corners for paid customers and give them what they paid for. Thank you! Read more
Worst customer service by a guy named Chris. Looks like he was above the other employees, not sure what was his position,... because for a while I stood at the no line place, and almost 10 Employees that was there and some laughing and sitting, no ondesaid hi and ignore my presence. After a while someone came talk to me, and I explained that my online order came without creamcheese, my daughter said that there is no option to add cream cheese on line, this Chris was really rude and ask if I can showhim the order. Come on, my order was a $30 order, do you really believe that someone will stop by Starbucks to beg for a creamcheese for free? Even if you need to pay extra, of a customer mistake and did not order this cream cheese with a $30 order, youjust give it to the person that stop in to ask for it!! The way he treats me, doubting I had a order was ridiculous! I went tothe car, I show my order, I had the money to buy the cream cheese, but I feel so offended by the way he took my time and makingme questions on top of what I was saying to him that was unfair, rude and bad. Never was treated this way before. I am home,with my daughter eating her beagle with butter. Due to the fact they're Drice-Thru is NOW OPEN 24 HOURS! This is my favorite Starbucks in the area ???? I order a tall cold foam... cold brew cascara latte. It's less than 60 calories and has minimal carbs. One of my favorite coffee drinks available here. Read more
