I wasn't that impressed with this Starbucks. They messed up the order and forgot to give us a drink ????
Terrible employees. I waited for 15 minutes while some guy was taking a phone call in the bathroom and the employees would not... let me use their employee bathroom (right next to the customers one) even after I asked. So incredibly rude, I?m never comingback. Pretty sure the guy on the phone ended up working there too. Read more
If Travis is working there go to the Starbucks on Garnett. Travis is terrible at making drinks. He?s a bit rude as well.
I did a mobile order, walked up to the lobby and it was closed, so I called. I called to figure out what to do, turns out I was... at the wrong store, and they still helped me out. Really appreciate the act of kindness. Read more
The trifecta. Forgot the cream, overfilled, and leaking. Not rocket science, folks.
This is the most inconsistent Starbucks location in the wold! One day they open at 4:30, next day at 6:00, next day at 5:30.... Some days they just decide to stay closed. The employees give attitude if you happen to show up a minute before their actualopening hour. I wish there were more local coffee shops. Starting to dislike Starbucks for e way they handle their locationshours. Read more
This location consistently & randomly closes the lobby or the whole restaurant all together without warning. I place an order on... line wanting to just pick up, but instead I have to wait 15 minutes in the drive through line while my order gets cold andinstead of saving time by ordering ahead I am forced to wast time. I would recommend going to any other Starbucks before thisone. Read more
Nice layout. Kind baristas. Good expensive coffee. They do say you get what you pay for.
