As it says on the ticket 10 coffee extras but they don't put them on, I think they have to correct that

This store is currently closed due to better store locations close by (this store did not have drive thru). They do have 2... stores within 1/2 mile that due have drive thru. One location is at Rio Vista (right next to the I-8 freeway) and the other oneis located in the Ralph's shopping center off Friers Rd in the old Burger King restaurant right across from Civita apartments.Both of these locations have drive thru and open beginning at 5am 7 days a week Read more
At 2:45 pm ordered $21 I give the cashier $50 she told me she can't accept it because they don't have change. Really at 2:35 pm... store doesn't have change? I understand if I was there at 7 am when they open, or at less put a note for people to know beforethey order. Bad customer service. Read more
I have a gluten allergy and haven't been to Starbucks in a long time because it can be difficult to figure out. I used to order... the caramel frap before I found out I was allergic to gluten and the caramel isn't gluten free. I came her with my daughter anddecided to try ordering. I messed up and got a vanilla bean frap (because I thought it had coffee) and the employee Nemani wasamazing in helping me resolve it. Finally found my new favorite drink (a coffee frap, who knew, lol) and I can start going toStarbucks again! Thank you! Read more
We waited and waited for our drink. Five or six drinks later I asked the barista why our drink never came out! She... uninterestedly responded with oh I guess it never printed. Another barista named ERIC intervened and made the drink promptly. Irecommend this Starbucks SOLELY on the excellent customer service provided by Eric. Read more
Employees are the best at this Starbucks. They go all the way to give you a excellent services and they actually know ure name &... always can't count on Justin to have my order ready he just knows what I drink my vanilla soy late. Polo & Chris excellent aswell. Because of there excellent customer service i just feel at home one of my favorite places to go in the morning. Read more
