This is how my sando came, I went and picked it up and this is what they gave me.

The lady behind the counter, saw me walk in, stayed in the back for an extra 2-3 mins until I spoke up, and proceeded to do all... the to go orders that came in after I was already in the shop, as she continued to make 4 sandwiches before looking my way oracknowledging me, I decided to place my order online since she clearly wasn?t paying attention to the customer. I placed theorder it said ready by 11:10 which was 10 mins from that point.. already waited 10, but whatever, order was in, I let her know Iwould go sit outside .. 11;10 comes around she still hasn?t started and two other ppl are still waiting that ended up leaving ?I am writing this review as it is happening and finally at 11:22 she finished my flatbread ham and turkey ? I had the encounteron recording but I deleted upon her demand otherwise she wasn?t going to give me my sandwich that I already paid for. She needsto be fired, she looked high. And she falsely claimed to be the manager. Oh and she put pepper on my sandwich when I neverwanted it. Read more

The staff are always pleasant at our local Subway. I tried one of their new full size protein subs and what a difference! The... subs have a lot more lunch meat than the regular one which has become hit or miss when it comes to getting a bite with any meaton it. The sandwiches are bald but the full protein subs make up for it. Read more
Awful service. There was a Latino family of 8 in front of me and they kindly let me order first since I was going to order 3... subs only. There were too white young guys preparing the food. Super rude, literally throwing all the ingredients in my subs.Gave me a broken old bread that I had to request a different one. He barely talked to me. When I asked for avocado, he saidthere was no avocado . He seemed so mad and in a bad mood that that made me think there was avocado but he just didn't want toadd it. I wish Subway had people supervising more often. It is rare when to see someone with a higher position in any subway Igo. By the way, I am Latino as well. See, this is the type of things that make you think they've been bother by Latino presence,because guess what? there was a white guy in front of the Latino family and I did not see any ingredients being thrown in hissub. The rating I gave this Subway does not count. Because I'm not reading it at all. I had to put something so I could post my... comment. Have you seen the picture of where the subway is and have you seen the picture of what the subway looks like? That'sthe whole problem right there. I never made it there. Because I couldn't find it. There was no sign that says Subway there is noposters on the windows that said Subway there is nothing there that said Subway but GPS said that that was subway. I didn't getout of the car because it didn't look like a subway. I looked around that whole parking area and I saw signed for every singlestore that was there even the supermarket Vons that's right next door but there was no sign that says subway. Not even on thestreet. I didn't see one. If somebody can show me a sign that says Subway on the street I would greatly appreciate it. I'm nottaking anything away from the subway I think that they probably have really good food and good service too. But, I never got achance to find out because I couldn't find the place. And I wasn't sure if that was even subway. GPS said it was but there wasnothing that said Subway there at all. Whoever their management is they need to do something about that or whoever the owner is.Because that's ridiculous. I'm not going to go to a place that's supposed to be there but there's no sign saying that it'sthere. And then looking at the picture that they have posted I should have took a picture of my damn self. Just to show you thesame thing the picture that they're showing you is showing you is showing you nothing but some pillars and an ark with somewindows in the background nothing else. There's no sign that says subway. Kind of disappointed with that.
