Their customer service has gotten really bad, I?m a regular their, twice a week, today I walked out because of the attitude of... the ?Sandwich artist? ? a tatted girl that I had never seen there before. Showed up at 8:56 and they close at 10pm. They only person there (girls with tattoos on her face & neck - no name tag) told me... that she is on her 30 minute break and can't take my order. She said she was the only one there and she has an online orderafter. I asked her if she can ring up my order as I drove 15 minutes here and she said no with an attitude. So I just walked outto my car and wrote this review. Got taco bell after... Subway has to do better with who they hire. Read more
I never bother to leave reviews ever, but this subway was so sub par I couldn?t let it slide???? neither of the employees in... store wore masks properly above the nose, the employee who made my sandwich didn?t seem to have a clue what he was doing,constantly asking me I?m sure this is the sandwich I want, because ?tuna isn?t filling?. The whole process for making mysandwich took about 15 minutes, which is ridiculous because I was one of 2 customers in the store. When wrapping my sandwichhalf of its contents fell out onto the paper and he proceeded to roll it up anyway, my food looks like it?s been run over, andI?m pretty sure I?ll need a fork and knife to actually eat it. Please for the love of god go to a different subway, unless youlike getting a sandwich that looks like it?s been railed by a rather large sausage. Read more
This store needs major help training employees. Employees should not vent their frustrations with other employees to the... customers, especially if said venting causes and extreme wait. Also not a good practice for employees to divulge company secretsto customer as to how the soup and meatball come and how they are prepared. Read more
