Do not order from this subway if your using the app. Your food will be consistently wrong. I order 2-3x a week. I cannot eat... mayonnaise and today my sandwich was smothered in it. Today was the first time iv called and ask for it to be corrected since Ithrew it away. They would not credit me and they were unhelpful. Ordering from the app is quick and easy when your busy at workand unfortunately I only order when I?m at work. Better off to use another establishment when placing online orders. Read more

I haven't eaten here yet. I wanted to but no one picks up the phone. The time someone did pick up the phone they just hung the... phone up. Not sure how a place runs when no answers a phone. Based on reviews from years ago no one was picking up then either.I don't think this place cares if they get business or not or about reviews on here.i just want to know if they have somethingin stock before I order it. Last time another location didn't have an item and it was a big hassle to change the order. Lolwhatever. Does someone actually work here? I wish I could give zero stars!! So we arrived at 7:44 after driving from the Hilton, which was a ridiculous route. To be... greeted by some blonde girl, that clearly wasn't happy we walked in. No friendly words just "were closed". Mind you the storehours are until 8 pm if you stop taking orders at 744 pm then change your hours to not say that! And turn your your sign off!!The cars in the parking lost all left before I snapped this picture, however subway lost out on about6 customers in that time.They were all turned away by the blonde who clearly hates her job. This subway always gets my order wrong . Then when you call about it, They can never admit to their mistakes. One day they ran... out of Swiss Cheese, when i called and told them there was the wrong cheese on my sandwich, the women Rachel who i spoke to ,told me her "Boss" said since we are out of Swiss Cheese they were told to automatically put American Cheese on it . I asked hermost Subways call you if there isn't an item in stock . Her response was "Oh we got to Busy" . I ordered another sandwich thenext day, and the same thing... the order was not correct . Lately, this Subway location is hiring very 'rude' people. They talk loud to you like if they are doing you a "favor", you are... paying for a service, it is not for free. Subway should teach its employees manners. Not all the employees are bad though,mainly there is a blonde girl that she feels like she's Subway CEO and she is chasing people away with her attitude. Again,Subway, please train your employees with customer service manners because otherwise bad reputation and bad reviews are gonnakeep coming. Read more

The one star has nothing to do with their fantastic team. They are always beyond helpful when I go in. This one star goes out to... their store manager and their outright abysmal choices. The servers were down for online ordering, in knowing this the Managerchose to leave their store as a place you could order online still during said outrage, thus letting the ap take your money onlyto he told oh it'll be force refunded but hey, we took your money so good luck.
