This was my favorite subway up until my last 2 visits. The older Hispanics woman is pretty awesome when it comes to customer... service and making the sandwiches but on 11/29 around 1:15 there were 2 younger people. The rap music was blasting, my 3 yearold kept commenting on the “bad words” I’m highly allergic to mustard and I told her when she picked it up. I turnedaround to grab a drink, I open my sandwich at home and it’s flooded in mustard and I needed my epi pen. These two youngerindividuals have no customer service skills, they need to lower their inappropriate music and pay attention to the customerbecause it could have been fatal for me. Extremely unreliable! Came here at 8 pm when hours of closing are 10 pm. The guy at the counter say we aren't taking any more... orders? Same thing happened last week when they closed early and refused to take orders. If you are going to close early can youdo the basic courtesy to update your hours on Google? Pathetic service! ZERO STARS.Absolutely pathetic and disgusting. I place an online order last Saturday,it went through and showed on the app that... order was ready for pick up. When I go to pickup at 8.15 pm ,I get said that they are closed because they are short staffedhowever it says that location closes at 10.00pm online. So when I asked for refund ,I was asked to come 3 days later when themanager would show up and then ask for refund. I let go. This Saturday I ordered again online,the order goes through and I pickup a veggie delite sandwiches because I am vegetarian and it barely had any veggies ( no tomato,olive,all peppers where alsomissing) also the Italian bread was stale and chewy. When I go back and ask for missing ingredients I was then said that theywere out of those veggies. Again did not process refund and was asked to come Monday for refund when the manager would show up.The guy serving found all of this funny and was laughing. Totally disgusting and shameful. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM. MANAGERIS RUDE & LIAR. EAT from this PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Read more

0 stars definitely. Waited for more than an hour and they are just deciding to not make my food. Super hungry so angry and... disappointed with this subway. I hope the manager or someone from corporate takes notice and fire these workers from this shift.Like I say with other places that give me the same service. “DO BETTER AND JUST BE BETTER” or close down. ordered 10 minutes in advance, guy attending was super slow, like he was high. took 15 more minutes because he was fitting the... plastic gloves finger by finger. alarms sounding and he wouldn't turn them off. he was rude when i asked him to prepare myorder instead of looking into the void. Just had the worst subway experience I’ve ever had at this location. I came in at 3:30 and no one was in the lobby. The bread... was squished flat as she cut it. Despite the slowness, it seemed that the staff hadn’t bothered restocking and the employeespent 5 minutes looking for cheese in the back room. The toaster didn’t heat the sandwich very much and required a second runto melt the cheese. Half of the things I normally put on my sandwich they were out of or were declared “discontinued”(although I have gotten them on my sandwich in the last couple weeks at other locations). Do not order from this place past 8pm. Weather it’s a delivery app or the subway app, this lady at night is terrible. The... first couple of times I thought she it was because she was alone and had a lot of work. Recently though, when this place hasyounger employees it’s “in and out” with the food and service. It’s great but it’s rarely seen. Most of the timeI’ll order off the app to be quick. I only end up having to wait 30mins to an hour for the staff to finish 2 sandwiches.Please help or fix your night crew Read more
