Same guy is always super polite and does it just the way I like it, even when I ask him to add veggies before toasting. Swift... service overall and staff anticipate customer needs. Bathroom is clean as well. Great for an Amazon driver since the Starbucksnearby has been closing earlier and earlier. You guys are a major life saver when I'm in need of lunch. I used to work at Subwayand this one definitely does good by the name. Read more

This experience was great the employee working was super helpful! I explained that the app was not letting me submit my order... kept saying it timed out and to try again and then finally submitted my order twice so I wanted to cancel the 2nd order and hegladly assisted me with that and was able to only charge me 1 order..so in store my experience was great but the app needsimprovement!! But BIG thank you to the gentleman working I appreciate it so much especially because I tried to call ahead andcancel the 2nd order but no one was answering the phones. I didn't get his name but he was a Hispanic male at the subway store#36335-0 I came in about 10 minutes to 7pm and his service was great! Thanks again to this gentleman! Read more

Very disappointed to get inconsistent service and rude treatment from the staff. This afternoon I called the store to confirm... that they have the Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal in store as online, when a male staff assured me that I can visit the store. But when Ireached the store, the only staff Stephanie said they don't have the deal in store, refused to check if they have from system oranyone else, and asked me to go back to online order. Very surprising and dissatisfied. Won't be there any more. Read more

I placed a simple $50 order through Grubhub 30 minutes before closing. 2 foot long Turkey and cheddar with lettuce nothing else... a simple 3 minutes to make those sandwiches. 2 bags of chips and a dozen cookies. Then 10 minutes later grubhub calls to tell methat Subway stated they did not have enough time to make that simple order. If I was an independent franchise owner my employeecancelled a $50 order 30 minutes prior to closing I would certainly have to re-evaluate my staff. Very disappointing. Read more

The employees are awesome !! But the owner is stingy and weird. My three visits to this location the owner had showed up just... to charge for my subs even tho the employee has not asked what type of sub i wanted to get and after i paid for my sub and itwas in the process of barley being made he tells the employee in front of me to remove a pickle and a tomato because it wassupossed to be only two of each in a 6 inch sub. That shows me that the owner dosent care about his customers and only caresabout his money he wants to make imagine what else he will do to save a pennie and make more money.
