The franchise owner should be ashamed of himself for running this sweatshop. The air conditioning has been off or broken for... months. The thermostat is by the back entrance next to an open door and it registered 91 degrees today. I'm not sure why theseemployees don't move on. Read more

The owner does a poor job of training their people, be sure multiple people have failed to make the sandwich right, and not all... items are available. Some bread is gone, veggies, and the drink fridge is half empty, also not a single cookie. Poor performanceby management. Read more

"tried" to get a sandwich on a Sunday 8/10 around 245pm and they were closed. I saw the cashier closing out. Operation hours... states they close at 3pm. Not 245pm. Very disappointed. Read more
This rating might be due to the large volume of mobile food service orders and/or the lack of employees. The employee behind the... counter was severely overwhelmed with walk-ins, or at least felt she was and wasn?t shy about letting you know this. Less carewas invested in making my sandwich than someone would show when passing a perfect stranger. I would not go back. Read more
