Favorite "happy hour" sushi spot in SD, and same for the location. The outside seating is better than other Sushi Kuchi... locations, and the quality for some reason seems better as well. Parking is better at this location and it just doesn't get asloud as the PB one. The best thing about their happy hour sushi is that it's always on the menu and not limited to a specifictime frame. I always recommend this place, and really any of the Sushi Kuchi locations. Read more

Great casual sushi spot with a large menu selection with quick and friendly service. We went on a Saturday afternoon and many of... the options were 50% off which was great. They have an outdoor section which is dog friendly as well. Definitely worth a stop! Read more

All so delicious, mostly. Highlights: Shrimp and vegetable tempura. Nom! This really hit the spot. Wish there was more but at... these prices I should have ordered two. Fried Tofu was the surprise hit. If a place can take ordinarily bland food and make ityummy, hats off. Spicy garlic edamame, was spicy, garlicky and edamame. What's not to like. Don't bother: The crispy rice wasenormous which l'm sure some people will like. It tasted fine, but for me these should have been bite size. Bigger isn't alwaysbetter. Service was friendly and upbeat. Food was delicious. I'd go back if I'm the area. Read more

Been to their Convoy location. My experience at this one is consistent with the one at Convoy. Servers were attentive, rolls... came out fast. There's a section for rolls marked 50% off, what was a $19.99 roll would be marked half off on the check. Wepretty much exclusively ordered these rolls. Read more

One of my favorite sushi restaurants in town. Great tasting sushi and fast service. Very affordable as well. The downside is the... parking lot. You share it with McDonald?s and is always filled. You normally have to park in IKEA and walk over. Also there werea lot of flies inside the dining room. Read more

Just moved to the area and had our first meal here; it was great! You mark whatever you want on the paper and they bring... everything out pretty quickly even though it was busy. Have been here once again since the first time and both the food andservice has been consistent. Read more
