This was my first time BACK to Swami's after they relocated to the new location on 30th street and away from University... Avenue. It was about 11am in a Monday. Place had a few people but the 2 or 3 gentleman who were running the place wereextremely professional, efficient, polite. They were awesome. The coffee was hot and fresh. Super important detail theyabsolutely nailed! I ordered the croissant egg sandwich with a side of fruit. It was delicious! Something as simple as 2 eggs, bacon, tomato and bean sprouts on a fantastic buttery flakey pastry croissant. The bacon they used is the good stuff! I'm nothuge in brunch or brunch spot like this but I'll say for sure this place is worth going to. I would absolutely go back for thatsandwich as well as the service. Thank you Swami's! Read more

Delicious. Everything was fresh and made to order. The orange was fresh squeeze and the acai bowls were very large and filling.... I would definitely recommend and will visit again. FYI : I got the spinach omelet with potatoes w/ orange juice. And it's firstcome first serve as far as tables are concerned. Read more

Love this location. Being that I've been in the service and retail industry for over 30 years, it's also very important to me... that I receive good service. The food comes out quick and delicious! The service is so good, except the guy who takes yourorder, (I'm a local) so I've had him a few times. He's grumpy and always acts irritated. I've literally never seen him in a goodmood, I've never seen him smile. Other than him, everything is great. Read more

A veggie hash delight. Great customer service: the kind where they actually let you enjoy a meal without asking you every 5... minutes if they can get you anything. They also don?t force you out by bringing you the check - you pay when you order yourfood. They give you a number, you find a table, and serve yourself coffee from a wide selection of light to dark brews.Excellent spot for people watching, too! Read more

My friend and I were super excited to try this cute spot in the heart of North Park. The vibes were great. The menu options were... great. And the orange juice I had was great. However, it seemed like they forgot to deliver our food, because everyone whoordered after us had received theirs. By the time we got our food, it was kind of cold. The hollandaise sauce we both had withour eggs benedict was too thick and rather tasteless. Our eggs were also cooked for too long (not very runny, if at all).Overall, this place had a lot of potential, but was very disappointing. I?m hoping this review can help to improve it. Read more

I had high expectations for this place since I had good experience at the Swami's at Encinitas location. Well. I was thoroughly... disappointed. This is a busy restaurant as it locates at the heart of busy north park. My first impression- the cashier talkedso fast I couldn't understand a word that came out of his mouth. I get it. This is a busy location, but speaking faster is notgoing to save you that much time when I need you to repeat what you say.... I appreciate the selections of coffee that theyhave. I love the wide selections of beers on tap. It's nice and spacious with plenty of seats. Dog friendly restaurant so bringyour pooch. I ordered lobster Benedict and it was very very disappointing to say the least. There was salty lobster on top ofsoggy English muffin. The egg Benedict was way overcooked(see pictures). It tasted like hard boiled egg. The asparagus in thepotato scramble was fibrous and hard to chew. The potatoes were burnt(also see pictures). My friend ordered a California burritowhich was okay. Both of our plates were cold. I love Swami's, just not this Swami's. I do not recommend. I suggest that you tryanother location. Read more

This place is bomb. First time coming to the one in North Park. Good service good food and the mimosa flight hits the spot. We... came around 11am they got really busy after that. I'd suggest coming before 11 unless you want to wait in a long line Read more
