My first visit in years at this Taco Bell and a little unfamiliar with how to order etc. but the staff member at the register... was kind and helped me to order exactly what I wanted. SHUT THIS TACO BELL DOWN!! The manager of taco bell failed to give me a lid and cup, the Mexican pizza that I bought was trashed... (all the cheese and tomato was on one side), and my hard taco was shattered in 6 pieces. When I came up to ask for the lid andstraw (because they have nothing out for the public to grab like lids, straws, sauces) the manager did not acknowledge me andafter the third attempt, he finally gave me my stuff. The hard shell taco that I received was so broken that I could not eat itand had to ask for another one. When I asked politely to get another taco, he looked me in my eyes and told me that it was myfault that the taco broke...he said "its your fault because you waited too long to eat the taco". He then contiunes to say thatthe meat is so hot that it melts the shell. Never have I heard such a thing? I've had taco bell hard shell tacos in my fridge atone point for months (accidentally) and they were not broken. I tried to tell the manager that I ordered other food and that Isimply did not have the time to eat the taco yet, nor did I know anything about a time limit to eat taco bells tacos?! If Iwere to eat any faster I would have chocked so I am not sure why taco bell managers are telling customers they need to hurry upand eat faster... Oh this was after that same manager let a large heavily intoxicated man verbally abuse others in thelobby. The manager was an African American in his mid to late twenties and he was about 5'6 - 5'8. Taco Bell is amazing BUT why do they have to close this busy location early before 9pm when this location is a busy location. I... was the owner I would try to keep the lobby open...to gain more customers ...it seems ....someone is not thinking thepossibilities..... Drive thru sucks they are too slow in serving.... This was the worst. I wanted taco bell so bad. I had a while plan about getting it when I got off work. So, I went on and stood... there. After a few minutes this girl said up and went and clocked back in from her break. It was like they couldn't see me.After about ten minutes without even being acknowledged I just left. Read more
