XOTHI is extremely rude and did not make me feel welcome at all. I made the mistake of ordering something that was out of stock... and she just starts yelling and giving attitude to me and my group. I have never been to a more incompetent Taco Bell! My daughter ordered a chicken Chalupa, they asked what kind of meat she... wanted. My order was incomplete, I missed my husband?s burrito. I had to WALK backwards through the drive thru at 8:40 to get itbecause the lobby was closed and the line of cars was longer than we wanted to wait. Wife ordered chicken chulupas because daughter has BEEF ALERGY. Said chicken 3 times when ordering in drive thru. Got our food... and guers who won the pony. BEEF CHULUPAS. Had to drive back to get fixed because we were taking daughter to work and hoping shecould possibly eat before work. Walked in to correct problem. Was in no hurry to take my order nor fix problem.
