It is 2022 and they still don't have vegan options. Get with logic and the times. I was very disappointed with the lack of... respect for the vegan community. I have to ask for a no cheese bean burrito and, not sure if you use lard in tortilla, and onlyhalf the time can I actually eat it because they forget and put the cheese and I am rolling through the country so can't goback. I used to come here often. They had gotten better with their burritos and their service because first when I went through the... drive through their burritos won't be closed and they would spill on my clothes and they would always forget to give me napkins.But they got better. Then I started to hesitate coming here because first, they would have the AC full blast and then a younggirl who works there started to get kind of informal. I was just eating my taco and she would try to come clean the tables closeto me and give me unsolicited emotional coaching. I did not like that one bit, your staff needs to understand that I am acustomer that just comes to TacoBell to get a taco. She needs to learn to be more professional. Read more

The staff is great, the restaurant is clean and well kept, the drive through is decently quick. But, the quality of the food is... lackluster. My chicken quesadilla had quite a bit of unmelted cheese. The crunchwrap supreme, wasn't crunchy or supreme, thelettuce was quite wilted, the filling levels were disappointing. I wanted that nostalgic Taco Bell taste despite several othermuch better actual Mexican food places nearby. The quality could be significantly improved with more care and building thedishes to better proportions. For example, if you're going to remove so much of the filling in a crunchwrap supreme, make itsmaller so at least the flavor and mouthfeel remains. Read more
I went to Taco Bell today and I received my box that I ordered my fries were old and my crunchy taco had a long hair in it as... though it was an ingredient (pictures provided below) I'm not sure if Taco Bell's corporate office monitors this yelp accountbut hopefully they will see it because I'm gonna also put it on Google you should never serve food with hair in it if it's noton the menu!!!! Oh wait human hair is never on the menu!!!!!! This is disgusting this tells me that they haven't been properlytrained on how to tie their hair up when they're working in the kitchen which also tells me that they are not following all thesafety and health regulations that should be upheld in any type of restaurant. I am disappointed that I am not going to get toenjoy my crunchy taco and I am disappointed that I wasted my money on this crunchy taco that came with hair in it as though itwas taco seasoning. Ordered on the mobile app first of all when I order through the mobile app it asked me how many sauces I need was never ever... given any sauces or ask if I wanted sauces I just assumed the sauces were in the bag. I also order their new double stackgrilled cheese burrito it's a horrible burrito size of there pork that they give you thickness of just your regular burritosthey sell there nothing new nothing extreme they had about two to three strips of steak little bit of rice lot of sour creamabout three or four five red chips very horrible burrito. I got a Regular Doritos taco for about $2.50. The cashier was a little annoying with gloves on and receiving and giving from a... container, as well. I accidentally grabbed the container and she snapped "You cant grab that", I swiftly apologized. lol. Abit dramatic. So I ate in my car and the taco falls apart I wish I had a spoon after, but I still ate the crumbs somehow byshoveling lol. Nice snack, it was good. Read more
As a former taco bell employee I know all of the small details to look for when it comes to signs of an optimally run tb. I am... happy to say that this is my favorite tb to visit since the store I worked at almost twenty years ago. My orders are alwayscorrect (which happens almost nowhere) and their friendly service is second to none. I am so fortunate to live a short five mindrive away. Thank you! Read more
