I've used the drive thru a few times and although there were only 2 cars, the wait time after placing an order was... ridiculous! The food I've gotten was good and I love their strawberry water. I went this past Monday 10/3/22 and orderedinside for the first time. The cashier was not friendly. No smile, no customer skills. She was a heavy set women about56. If they were friendlier and could proving faster service, they'd get 5 stars. Read more
I'm from the UK and I needed my Taco fix so looked up the reviews for this gem of a place and boy was I not disappointed!!! The... place is cute clean bright and friendly. The food...out of this world, one of the best I say BEST I've had In San Diego yet. Ihad chicken and husband had beef all of which was plentiful flavoursome and cooked to perfection. The tortillas were nice andthick and doubled up I made another 2 extra ones. Please give this place a try, It will be our regular place from now. Oh andthe Horchata and Jamaica were awesome! I was visiting from Los Angeles, stopped at liquor store asked for a recommendation for Mexican food they pointed us here!! Food... was delicious the two young men had excellent customer service. I ordered chicken tacos, and my uncle ordered 2 fish burritos,California burrito and carne asada fries. We can't wait for our next visit to San Diego first stop will be here!! Read more
Food was good. I ordered the carne asada fries. Cheese was not completely melted but once I moved it around with the hot carne... asada it started to melt. The salsa was good. Only one type was provided but at least it was good and a little spicy. They don'toffer filtered tap water and I don't like, wish they would install a filter. Service is so so. We stood at the register with twogentlemen there for over 3 minutes and not one of the two acknowledged us and we were clearly ready to order. Got the carne asada fries with a horchata drink. The carne asada fries were very good, some of the best I've ever had! horchata... too sweet for my taste, and the salsas need a little more love... Friendly customer service, but parking sucks here. Overallgood little taco shop spot. ???? Read more
You must go here with an appetite. Because the portions are huge and the food is delicious. They have a very nice outdoor patio... area that is very colorful. Or you can get your food to go. Very obvious how much pride they take in their food, as everythingis cooked to order with fresh ingredients. Read more
First of all not only am I white but I'm also English so literally no one cares about my opinion on Mexican food (Indian is... another matter). But this place is fantastic. Good juicy tacos! love the flavorful meat and salsas, tried the agua de sandia very refreshing. Great combinations !
