I have one thing to say about this place? Amazing! I had the Pork Chashu Fried Rice plate and the whole dish was perfect. It was... well balanced and had great flavor. The pork was tender and had spot on texture. The fried rice was well cooked and thefragrance of the dish was mouthwatering. Every element just compliments each other and did it justice. Even the presentation wasinviting and made me want to eat it like a caveman. I also tried the Creamy Chicken Ramen. Not surprisingly, the dish wasfantastic and colorful. Ramen here is great! We like the soup base and noodles. Waiters and waitresses are really friendly.
Took my parents here when they were in town and they loved it! I?ve been to the Tajima in El Cajon but never to this location.... But everything we had was just as good! I love it when restaurants keep the same quality across all their restaurants! When youwalk in you order then you sit down. So make sure you know what you want when you get up there, I am not sure if you can ordermore with the server once you aid down. I ordered the Tajima Ramen and my dad order the Carnitas Ramen. The Tonkasu was sodelicious and flavorful! It was heavenly! The pork belly inside was really good I just wish their was more of it.. and the eggwas cooked perfectly! It was so well presented also. My fathers carnitas ramen was pretty good too. It seemed like a fusionbased on posole. They gave him a lime which made it even better!
