I have one thing to say about this place? Amazing! I had the Pork Chashu Fried Rice plate and the whole dish was perfect. It was... well balanced and had great flavor. The pork was tender and had spot on texture. The fried rice was well cooked and thefragrance of the dish was mouthwatering. Every element just compliments each other and did it justice. Even the presentation wasinviting and made me want to eat it like a caveman. I also tried the Creamy Chicken Ramen. Not surprisingly, the dish wasfantastic and colorful. The broth had excellent taste and flavor. The texture of the ramen noodles were outstanding. I can?twait to try out more! Read more

Took my parents here when they were in town and they loved it! I?ve been to the Tajima in El Cajon but never to this location.... But everything we had was just as good! I love it when restaurants keep the same quality across all their restaurants! When youwalk in you order then you sit down. So make sure you know what you want when you get up there, I am not sure if you can ordermore with the server once you aid down. I ordered the Tajima Ramen and my dad order the Carnitas Ramen. The Tonkasu was sodelicious and flavorful! It was heavenly! The pork belly inside was really good I just wish their was more of it.. and the eggwas cooked perfectly! It was so well presented also. My fathers carnitas ramen was pretty good too. It seemed like a fusionbased on posole. They gave him a lime which made it even better! If you are looking for a really good ramen spot this placewon?t let you down! I used to live in Japan and I miss authentic ramen.. this place comes really close! :D Read more
The broth is very flavorful. Appetizers were lackluster. Order at the door, minimum service. Overall, Good ramen spot.
Absolutely delicious. The Tajima Ramen had a delicious, rich pork broth. The fried garlic really stood out. Not to the point... where it was overpowering, but it was not subtle either. The staff was very friendly and offered recommendations. They alsoreminded me that any ramen could be made spicy; which is the route I went. Read more
We enjoyed thoroughly here. We ordered Curry Ramen with Pork, Tajima Ramen with Chicken and Vegan Ramen. Very flavourful bowl... and served piping hot. Spotless clean place and quick service. Read more
Expensive, but expected for the area. The vegan ramen is good, but keep in mind that they add truffle oil to it, which not... everyone enjoys. The interior is pleasant and the food came relatively quickly. Read more
The Tajima Ramen was pretty good? soft umami chasu, lightly chewy noodles, 1/2 egg was good, bok choi was fine. The service was... fine. I was a little underwhelmed by the broth, it was good, but missing something. I always get tonkatsu, but the next time Icome here I will try something spicier. Read more
