Great people and atmosphere. I go here when I'm running errands nearby. The iced teas are too sweet and that's no good when... one's really thirsty. If you dilute their iced teas one part tea to three parts water it'll probably taste good and quench yourthirst. If you try drinking their iced teas by yourself you're going to keel over from fatsobetus at itoldyouso o'clock thatsame day, homey. Coffee is great. Tastes like coffee. Ice is tiny and fun. The personality of staff and lack of welcoming is SAD. Perhaps they... all received bad news today? Made me appreciate Starbucks which also depressed me.???? Between the masks, plexiglass, loudermusic and mumbling of staff, it was pretty frustrating. Can't say I'd ever come back to this location. Underrated coffee place. Never had their tea, but they have legitimately good coffee unlike the burnt stuff they serve at... Starbucks. Also a great variety of pastries and breakfast items. Read more
I like this location of the Coffee Bean. Parking is plentiful and easy to get. Interior is spacious but decor is dated and store... could use an updating. Manager and employees are friendly and engage with conversation when appropriate. There is an outsidespacious patio for sitting and they have shade umbrellas. Pastry selection is fair. Lots of coffee and tea selection whetherhot or cold, and better prepared than Star Bucks and for that reason I have made the Coffee Bean my preferred choice. Read more
We love our local Coffee Bean on Carmel Mt. Ranch! Even when it is super busy they are always so nice and welcoming. They greet... you as you walk in and ask how you are when you move over to pick up your drink. The drinks are always consistent and tasty andthey have a good variety of drinks (not all your standard coffee drinks). Their caramel Ice Blended is one of our favorites andnow so much great holiday drinks. My new favorite is the white chocolate macadamia nut latte. So happy it is cooling off so Ican get some hot drinks. The manager Kyle is the best. His smile lights up the room and he and the staff are altogetherawesome. They treat you like family. Love this Coffee Bean! The manager and staff are amazing! Drinks are always consistent intaste and reasonably priced. Our favorite are their wide selection of teas (hot and iced). The Tropical Passion is tasty. Alsolike the fact that you can get an ice tea, coffee, or Americano in a 32 oz. They also have amazing ice!
