Placed an order for a salad and they didn?t add the usually dressing but they did add three sides of barbecue sauce and then put... a bunch or bbq sauce on top. Why that made sense to anyone I have no clue if that wasn?t under the instructions for the order.Customer service suggested I drive 15min back from work on my lunch break to get a side of dressing and offered no otherresolution. Amazing food! I had the Santa Barabara char (pictured). One of the best burgers on the planet. Onion rings with ranch is pure... heaven. If I was on death row, this would be my last meal. I've had the regular char, double char, salads, and shakes and theyare delicious also! Everything on the menu here is great. The food is made after you order it, so the service is slower thanfast food places. But the wait is worth it. Update 9/17/2022: Food is still awesome. Added photos of the charburger and onionrings. 2nd time here, I love it. I got the portobello char burger, with fries a side cesser salad and a pink lemonade. It was all... awesome, the food, the service, the items available for sauces on the side, everything, I spent $17.00, super satisfied, I willgo again. Read more
We purchased burgers to go here and they refreshingly came away just as we ordered. It is a bit pricier than other burger joints... but getting exactly what we ordered was quite nice. Being able to specify what you want on line is great. Read more
The food was delicious & fresh. I had the Ahi teriyaki burger & it was yummy. I also shared the fried green beans with Ranch... dressing to dip them in, also delicious, with my daughter & granddaughter. I was impressed with the clean bathroom, plus howeverything was automatic from, toilet, water, soap dispenser & paper towels. First time there, but definitely not the last. Read more
My first time at this Habit Grill location and the food was very tasty! I placed a pick up order to be picked up at a certain... time, unfortunately, the order was prepared 1.5 hours before my requested pick up time. I tried calling the location, no answerbecause they route calls to a third party. I used the contact us form on my email receipt, that response was received a dayafter. When I got to the location to pick up my order I questioned the time they completed the order, the person helping me wasSO professional! He listened, understood why i didn't want the already prepared food, then offered to remake everything. He isthe reason why I rate 4 stars. I think his name is Stuart. The Charburger with cheese had a good charred crispiness and taste. However, like at the other locations, it was a little dry. ... The bun and toppings were very fresh. The burger was better than McDonalds, but not quite up to the level of In-N-Out Burger. The employees were very friendly and they were all smiling. Sharing a parking lot with a Kohl's, there is plenty of parking. Read more
Pretty good food!! I liked the tempura green beans it was so unique. The impossible burger was good too! They also have drinks... and shakes. I don?t think i?d necessarily seek out a meal here but if it was nearby and my options were limited the food issolid. Read more
