Wow, Lao and Khmer style street food truck in San Diego! I enjoyed this papaya salad, different from the Thai style you find in... most restaurants around SD, has more flavor and bite that pairs well with sticky rice. I also ordered eggplant tofu and chickensticks plate. Both very delicious. Tofu was super crispy with wonderful fried basil and carmelised eggplant.
