Visited on Sunday during brunch while waiting for my hotel room to be ready. There was no host to seat guests. The bartender... offered to seat me by the bar. Looks like they are very understaffed as I only saw two employees including the bar. The food wasalright, I had the fresh toast which was mediocre, the portion size is large. Food was good other than one end of my hanger steak was super tough. It was cooked correctly from what I could tell but it was... very hard to cut and tough to eat. I left that side alone. Other than that, the rest of the food was good. The tepanade wasexceptional, needed more bread to accompany it. The service was super slow. The waiter was a little slow to take our order, butgetting anything from drinks to food took ages. I would guesstimate over 10 minutes for our drinks and over 30 minutes beforeour appetizers came out. Shortly after that, our entrées came out. It wasn't busy and looked like they had enoughstaff. I do live being on a rooftop, but it's just the 4th floor so it's not as amazing as it sounded. The prices are extreme, but to... be honest I'm struggling in this city to find anything that isn't overpriced. They DO have the best French fries of anywherewe've gone so far. Beautiful rooftop setting up on the 2nd floor. Great views. We only ordered drinks and appetizers (brussel sprouts, cheese and... charcuterie, and shrimp tacos) - but the food was excellent. Great music and fun vibe. Read more
Met some friends here for dinner. A really nice space in the building terrace. Comfortable seating and heaters for those cooler... days. I ordered their plant based burger and it was good. I really liked the fries. My wife got the shrimp tacos and she likedthose as well. The salmon came topped with pesto of pesto and was prepared very well. My wife got a piece of the mastic in herdrink. Looked like a lid of some kind. They comped the drink but they should have done more. The biggest issue was it took along time to get our food and the place was pretty empty. I think the kitchen probably does room service for the hotel. It’sthe only reason I can think of why it took so long. We were in our way to catch a flight and made it quite tight time wise. Notsure I would go back. Read more
Brussel Sprouts and service was good. Drinks were ok, the Apple Pie drink didn’t taste like apple pie. Ordered the burger and... fries. Burger is a pre shaped patty lacking flavor and the fries are from frozen. Cool place to drink and hang out, but I’dnever intentionally eat here again Read more
This is quite the experience we had a reservation at 5:15 we didn’t get to sit at our table till seven the service was... extremely slow our drinks never got refilled and our food was over done and also burn but that didn’t matter I don’t thinkI’m particular becoming back to this establishment due to the poor service in the quality of the food we had to eat thescenery was nice it was extremely cold but it was nice the cabanas were lovely I was just expecting more Read more
If you expect a rooftop this is NOT it. It literally is a terrace and limited food menu. The reason this is a one star is... because we were celebrating my friends birthday and I had brought a cake to celebrate. They were nice enough to store it for mewhile we ate. The waitress was very adamant if we wanted the cake now. Never did I agree or want for anyone to cut it for us. I get the bill and she charged me $20 for "cutting cake" I have never experienced anything like this. What if I wanted to takea picture with my friend cutting her cake.
