I have come here several times in the last two years. This is a great spot. Gays just know how to do it right. Bar food is good.... Hits the spot. Good music. Friendly staff and bartenders are great. Not too pricey in my opinion. Great for some Sunday drinkingor before starting out your night. Never had issues. Would definitely continue to support this place. Read more

Great place and great vibe. Food was delicious, I recommend the chicken sandwich. The flatbreads were also very delicious!... Drinks are tasty, but beware they are stiff. Enjoyed the music and people, had a great time. Great place for hanging withfriends and a nice date night, not so much for deep conversation. They also have nice patio with outdoor seating. If I’m being completely honest , I always expect service & quality of the food to dip during busy times like pride . NOT... HERE!!!!! I joined a friends table during peak times on Saturday during festival time and was blown away how great the chickenfingers were . Brought my hometown friends the following day and we all had awesome service from the hostesses to the patioserver . Food was on point . Cubano FTW! I only write reviews when I’m blown away …. So well done . I’ll be back. Read more

Really good food and drinks; service was a little slow, but they were very friendly and clearly pumped to work there. The beet... sliders are solid and I’m a meatatarian. Read more

Bottom line: Extensive cocktail menu, small bites to share, as well as a full dinner menu, and indoor-outdoor setting make a... great happy hour spot. Dog-friendly patio. Brunch seems to be a major attraction, as well. Details: We missed lunch after along day at the zoo, so popped in at Uptown Tavern for an early happy hour and bites to eat. We had the Sutter Smash(delicious), and the Xocoveza from Stone Brewing. Our food took a little while, but we had fun people watching and nursing ourdrinks. The veggie sliders (beet patties with goat cheese) and fries were excellent, and I'd definitely order again. The 5-spicewings were a bit of a miss for me. I was hoping they'd be more spice-forward, but the Mister thought they were fine. Weirdly, they were served with pickled ginger, which didn't compliment the flavor, but it was easily picked off. I'd stick to thetraditional buffalo wings. The rest of the menu looked promising, but we didn't want to spoil our dinner reservations for laterin the night. Note that street parking is very limited, so allow for time to circle around if you're meeting friends. Overall, worth a visit if you're in the neighborhood! Read more

Uptown Tavern offers a fun environment with great drinks, friendly staff and tasty FRESH food! If you order an appetizer I... recommend the hummus! It’s homemade and so good, but be sure you like Garlic! I’d also recommend the sliders because withthe combination of the perfectly cooked charbroiled patty, cheddar and sweet bun, it’s really hits the spot! And I’m not onefor heavy food, I generally eat healthy but the chicken and waffles are worth giving in for! I know it sounds strange... butgive this a try! You won’t go wrong! If your less adventurous try the perfectly battered chicken tenders, you can tell theyweren’t frozen! Read more

Great beers, bartenders, food, and atmosphere. Love it here. My Wife goes wild for the parmesan fries, pretty good if i do say... so. The wooden board presentation is fantastic. Bitter Bros hazy is so good! Read more
