Worst Wendy's. Drive thru line is slllloooowwww. Went to do a mobile order then find you can't walk in to pick it up, AND they... won't bring it out to you either. You have to go through the drive thru. The manager here is not doing a stellar job. Definitelydoesn't have the A Team working and seems to not have an entire team at all. The closers tonight were very rude. I was given a DoorDash order pickup, and when I arrived they were closing up. I tried... calling and they hung up. So I walked to the door and no one would make eye contact. I called again and this time she answered-I did not get a name. I explained how I was delivering food and needed to pick up the customers order. She began yelling at meabout how it?s not her problem and they were closed. I?m just confused because the order must?ve arrived prior to closing andthey ignored it. I lost out on money and it?s just sad how rude people can be. I know it wasn?t something she cared about, buther yelling and unfriendliness was not a good way to handle the situation. Read more
They need to look into the app there are some serious glitches when it comes to placing an order ahead for curbside pickup in... fact the curbside pickup closed (at 8:30 pm - the restaurant is open until 11 pm) while I was trying to complete the order andpay - extremely frustrating. Had to choose drive thru and wait behind several other cars but at least that allowed me to pay andcomplete my order. Fortunately the drive thru was moving along efficiently and once we made it to the window, everything washot, fresh and prepared exactly to order. The Biggie Bag is a pretty good value, I liked the crispy BLT chicken sandwich(although it looked a little smaller than I had expected, it was very tasty and actually filled me up). Ordering fries withoutsalt was no problem, they were prepared correctly and arrived burning hot (delicious ????) Splurged on cookies for dessert whichwere also fresh and delicious (happily - since they are $1.69 each). Read more

Terrible customer service. Upgraded to baconator fries.. no bacon and barely any cheese.. and we are missing nuggets. So... naturally I called them, as soon as she heard me say that she put the phone down for a few seconds and hung up. I'ma pay them avisit tomorrow Read more
Good quality is certainly worth the wait. However, even great quality doesn't equate to customer satisfaction when it takes over... 45 minutes to get two large Frostys. Especially when the order is initially fulfilled with two small Frostys, and mobile ordershave to go through the drive through line to receive their order. A worker at the restaurant reported that they simply don'thave enough staff to be able to do everything that Wendy's expects of them. This location is in an affluent location. Thecustomers aren't going to have patience for an under-staffed restaurant. The morale of the workers will not reflect the qualityof their work. The onus is upon the owner to solve this issue, so customers will look forward to going back, and the businesswill realize its true potential. Read more
We arrived around 2pm and only the drive thru was open. We ordered on the app. They gave us our food and when we were ready to... pull away they asked for the bags back to check them. Never had that happen to me. We got the bags back and then parked toeat. When the burger was unwrapped it was only the roll, lettuce, tomato, cheese and sauce. No meat! Never had that happenbefore either. I had to go back but they gave us a new and correct burger. My only other notable comment was that the chilihardly had any beans or meat in it. For a Wendy's it was good. They got the order right and the staff was very pleasant. The drive through is easy to get to.... Parking is good. Dine in, take out or delivery are available. Read more
