Gotta love this Wendy's! The service is quick and friendly. Their pretzel bread pub burgers are AMAZING and they'll make them... your way. The honey mustard is actually tasty, but I'm not into mustard so I get it without. The crispy onions are fantastic andI don't even usually like onions. I ordered this sandwich on a whim one day and it blew my mind! I didn't expect to love beercheese, but it was crazy good. Like... incredible. The only thing to be careful of is to specify how many patties you want.Sometimes they give me a double by accident and I just can't. Haha. Nice spot, though. Usually plenty of parking. Every time I come here I have to ask for my food to be fresh because it?s always fried hard. That?s why the lines is never Long... because their. Every time I come no one?s on the line because the food is not great at all I always have to ask for it to befresh today. Today I asked for extra honey butter and to make my food fresh my chicken sandwich was so hard and little Icouldn?t believe it. The bread was so dry. I bought it back to the store and she told me oh well I always make your food fresh.I asked her what does that have to do with today and she said I always make your food fresh. My boyfriend went here the other day and said not only did they mess up his order, he opened his Jr. Bacon burger up and saw... that they cut the meat into four individual pieces to make a square! ????He threw it away in the trash and I told him I couldn'tbelieve it so he got it out of the trash and showed me. Worst customer service ever. Carmen Lady at window arguing and slamming drive threw window. When I asked her name she said I... didn?t need to know it. Wendy?s you need to hire better people that actually have customer service no wonder why there is nevera line TERRIBLE and Carmen should not work in customer service , maybe a closet.
