My family and I went through the drive-thru at this location on the 8th of October 2022. We mistakenly forgot to grab our credit... card from the drive-thru employee before we left. Not only did the staff do nothing to protect our card, someone there took itto Fashion Valley mall and spent more than $1,500 on clothes and jewelry. Not only will we never go back here, I am seriouslyconsidering filing a non-emergency police report. Do Not Go To This Store! They will steal from you. Read more
Staff is very slow, waited for my order for over 10 minutes. They were not busy but just not paying attention. Very frustrating.

I waited in the parking area because it appeared the dining area was closed but eventually walked up was able to walk in. I... waited about 10 minutes to be acknowledged as I watched the employees have a conversation with each other I counted at least 3employees and probably another in the back. I almost walked out, it was frustrating to see the dinning area only had about 2people eating and me waiting, the person finally came to take my order and wasn't friendly at all. It appeared she didn't wantto be there. My order was very small only one item and she got the size wrong. I received my food and walked through all thedirty tables and couldn't find a clean one. I had to clean my own table. I will never return, I would understand if therestaurant was understaffed but in this case you had plenty employees and very busy but having conversation with each other, notattending the restaurant. Maybe some customer service and cleanliness training will help better the quality standards. Read more
My burger and fries were great. The tea was a little weak. The chicken fingers were very generous, and were quite good with the... dipping sauces. The floor was dirty - sticky, actually - and they need to do a better job keeping tables clean. Because of thelocation, you need to ask for the bathroom key, which is kind of a pain. DISGUSTING!!!! Got the $5 Crispy Chicken BLT Bag Deal. It was said to be a to go order but it was put on a tray. So when he was... bagging it I asked him if the frys & nuggets were hot & he assured me they were. So when he handed me the bag I immediately feltthe temp of fries & nuggets. If I had walked to my car they would've been completely cold. I told him to feel that they werebarely warm. So instead of being honest before handing it to me he instead started to tell me..I.. well if you leave them outthey're gonna get cold. Like 15 secs was enuf time for food to go from HOT to Barely Warm like it was my fault. Then took thefood to reheat with attitude. Then got to my car to eat the food & the chicken sandwich looked really disgusting. They put 1/2melted cheese on it which I did not ask for & the chicken was this flat rubbery looking thing that will now be given to ahomeless person. Dr Pepper had no flavor.
