Fast service,, get your order right, food how you ask for it to be cooked, great flavor.
Terrible service. Called in for take out, Girl on the phone sounded unprofessional and impatient. I asked what bundles were... available, she couldn't give me a clear answer she responded with "uh huh yeah". Came in 25min later to pick up the order ltstill wasn't ready, she didn't even read the order back to me to double check if the order was correct. It?s my third time here I hate their service man take for ever I got here and this young boy was waiting I asked him if he had... order and he said no I waited 5 minutes their was 2 girls on the back kept on talking talking I was like excuse me can we gethelp and she was like oh sorry last time I came I had asked for one more ranch and the girl was so rude I go to other wing stopsand we?ll I always order big so I always ask for one more ranch and there?s no problem. Horrible service? I have given it many chances and it?s always an unpleasant experience. They take about an hour to hand you... your food. Last night I approached the cashier since I didn?t see anybody else in line and she said I?m taking someone else?sorder, then another customer whom was sitting down said I?m in line too. I said that?s fine and stepped aside by the cashier towait for my turn? cashier was arguing with the customer before me and touching the chicken in a very rude way.. after a fewminutes someone else comes in and she asks them if they want to order, she skipped me so I decided to go somewhere else. Wow. I went to this Wingstop..told the young guy i wanted my wings cooked well done and placed my order..10 piece lemon pepper... wings and french fries . he was nice and gave me a large water..so when i filled my water some weave hair was on the cup so whenhe returned to the counter i pointed out to him the black weave hair was on my cup..so he apologized and gave me an anothercup..so beibg the only customer there i took a seat ..and when my order came..i tasted the fries and they were good..so i openedmy to go container and my lemon pepper wings were not cooked well done..he claimed they changed the grease at 840pm and that hecouldnt redo them so i kindly asked for a refund..FYI. When the customer tells this staff well done..it means welldone..do notargue with customers...Gotta call corporate this is not what Wingstop does..... Read more
