Still fails to offer dine-in service when other locations of Wingstop have had it for months.
Way too slow. Even when you order online, and food is never ready in the time frame indicated on the site. Seems as they don't... even start the order until you arrive in the restaurant. This is the third time we've ordered from this location and will be thelast. Read more
I accidentally ordered wings at the wrong location and asked to cancel them because there was no way I was going to walk 7... miles. I called and asked to cancel them and the "manager" was very rude. He said "Not to call back there again" and " he wasgonna eat my wings." Like do I care? I just wanted a refund so I can order my wings elsewhere. Don't order or go here.Terrible!!! My nieces convinced me to come to this place. First time here, I personally prefer Epic Wings but decided why not. Well aside... from my order not being ready at the time they said. They missed two of my side items. I called to let them know and requested arefund... as of now... I'm still waiting to get reimbursed ???? Read more
I called in to this store to ask questions and Jasmin answered in a delightful manner. Later, I came in with a long and... complicated order. Again, Jasmin helped me and was patient and cheerful about the entire experience. I don't do wings often, butmy experience will be bringing me back! The whole team was great tonight! We tried it all: regular wings, boneless wings, honey BBQ was good, teriyaki was good, lemon pepper was ok, their coleslaw was... not good but their fries were good. The price is mid range, not cheap but fair priced. We liked their wings & bread a lot. I'mnot in love, but i'll go back for more... we actually went back at 11:29 and walked in to see 2 staff tell us they were alreadyclosed. There was a big neon sign outside that said open till midnight and as soon as we walked out they turned off the sign.False advertising is not cool when you're hungry late night. First in line. Been waiting 30+ mins now for our order. People came in 10 minutes after us and have been served first. Still... waiting for our a single order. They have 5 employees can't imagine they are short staffed, especially since we are the onlycustomers left in the store. Read more
The manager or supervisor that took my order was really nice. Young lady, didn't catch her name but she had good customer... service. Unfortunately order took almost an hour to be ready. Went home I was missing a large order of boneless that I ordered.Didn't have energy to drive all the way back. I definitely recommend getting a copy of you're receipt and double checking thebag to see if your order is all there. All these wingstops are Falling apart in the San Diego area to be honest.
