My pick for best pizza in San Diego. Crust is excellent, nice crispy texture with a solid flavor that compliments the... sauce/toppings. Sauces are always solid, wether it's a more classic red pizza sauce or something more creative like creamychipotle. Toppings vary wildly by what slices are available, but I've yet to be disappointed by anything I've tried. Therotating menu keeps things fresh, while a solid beer selection provides a great pairing with whatever slices you choose. Towrap it up, staff here is always friendly and on top of it. This place was excellent! After spending all day at the zoo, my family wanted pizza! Zia's pizza was one of the later night... options!
