Horrible customer service - Do Not Purchase Here!!!! Young woman with long black hair and nose ring employee working at Arrow... Hwy & San Dimas location 3pm on 08/16/2022 refused to give a fresh serving of ice cream to an elderly customer who found a longfiber of string in the first flavor, and became sick off the old, freezer burned, and bitter second flavor. Employee argued andyelled at the elderly woman customer in front of a large host of other customers, was also smiling smugly, very entitled speech,and had a poor attitude toward a customer who had already paid for edible ice cream. Went to this location tonight for the $1.50 31st of the month special that Baskin Robbins offers except I guess they offer it at... all the other locations besides this one. Now that I know, will certainly be heading to a different location on the 31st ofAugust. Read more
They had so many flavors. The staff was very nice and made us feel welcome.
Great place to take kids and have ice cream during this hot summer.
Everytime i come here the employees are always really nice. Love their shakes!!! Plus they're literally right around the corner... from me which makes it even better! I always leave a tip when I drop by???? Read more
Honestly, it is hotter inside your store than outside. Not what I am looking for when seeking relief from the heat. I will go... elsewhere next time, ice cream was good though. Read more
When I was told that someone had made a thai iced tea flavored macaron-cookie ice cream sandwich, I screamed at the top of my... lungs and booked a flight to LA immediately. It was worth it. I also picked up a blue velvet slice of cake. They pretty muchalways have a line, but just go and wait in line, you'll be so excited with anticipation and it's part of the experience. Read more
