The food is quite good, and the interior is super clean, but I?m leaving this review because ? sneakily ? and without even a... note on the credit card reader of an added credit card fee of $1 per transaction - this Carl?s Jr. wants to offset their feespaid to Visa / MasterCard by charging the consumer a fee - which would be fine if there was a notice and/or verbal communicationfrom the employee when a credit card is used. I think the worst part of it is that on the receipt, it doesn?t show the fee, butafter logging into to my credit card online, there?s the $1 charge ? clear as day!! Completely maddening. I?m tired ofrestaurants doing this. Restaurant owners: Stop doing things like this!! Especially with big restaurant chains. It destroys itslong-lasting reputation and comes across as stingy and cheap. Read more
The reason I'm giving them one star is because I went in with a plain and simple order of a big hamburger no onions no mustard... just Secret Sauce pickles Patty and bun. After getting my burger and finding a spot in the shade to enjoying my burger took anice BIG bite right into an onion and a mouth full of ketchup it was horrible. Read more
Omg this location is by far one of the best location in San Dimas and Glendora. Do the survey and you can buy one and get one... free. The monster biscuit are to die for no joke. For $5 you get two sausage egg cheese muffins from McDonald's, when you canget a huge monster biscuit bacon sausage eggs with two different cheese for the same price. Cmon commen sense and it's wellworth your money. The customer service from manager name Bertha makes you feel like your important as a customer. I had a terrible experience today, and I will never give Carl's Jr. my money ever again. My brothers and I walked to Carl's Jr,... hoping to get some food and leave without being harassed about masks. My brother and I don't wear them for so many reasons, oneof them is because it's a massive health risk for us, and doing so has causes dizziness, nausea, shortness or breath, headaches,etc. We walked in, and immediately a worker told us to wear masks. My older brother left, while I stayed with my other bro. Itold them I cannot wear masks, one reason is it's a massive health risk to me, and so many others. She ignored me from the looksof it, and repeated her last statement. I then showed them a screenshot saying "WEARING A MASK POSES A HEALTH RISK TO ME!""Under the ADA and HIPPA, I am not required to give you and personal medical information." She ignored it, and repeated her laststatement. (Now that is bad for any situation, you don't make a point by not listening to others, at best you hear them out andcompromise, but sadly none of that communication was used) After, my older brother came back in, and as we both walked out, Itold them that discrimination is wrong, and what they're doing is illegal. We went to Del Taco next door, and they were happyto serve us. So Carl's Jr. not only lost business, but I will remember that and won't give them any more business. Read more
Every time I order anything with bacon it?s raw! I?ve tried ordering well done or extra crispy bacon and it still comes raw!!!... This last time the ?hand breaded? chicken was old and too hard to even bite into and I couldn?t eat any part of it! Also thecrisscut fries are either under cooked or over cooked and hard! Read more
Every single time myself or someone in my family drives thru this Carl?s, we are asked to move to in front of the doors to wait... for our order. Every. Single. Time. It doesn?t matter if there is absolutely no one behind us, they still ask. They care moreabout making it look like they serve customers quick than actually providing good service. It?s always the same manager who isalways rude when I decline moving. If there was another Carl?s Jr. closer, I would definitely go to that one. Been this way foryears and never changes. Read more
The San Dimas Wicker 'Witch' mis-manages this location during the day. She is easy to spot (looks like Bill Paxton but dressed... as a 'woman') as she always has her hair pulled back TIGHT and has a gap-tooth 'fake' smile she puts on to fool you intospending $$$. Once she has your C-C-C-CASH, she turns frigid! Don't look directly at her or you'll turn to STONE!! Otherwise,food is fairly tasty! When the San Dimas WITCH is away - good food, friendly staff plus lots of room to mull around the placefor that perfect view of the local mtns. Read more
