This is a location that gets very busy, but the staff does a good job and tries their best. It's my go-to location because the... food is fresher, the burgers are stacked with more care, and the speed of service is just way faster than other locations thatmight be closer. I usually choose pickup or curbside, but it also has a play place for children as well for those dining inside.Overall, this location has fresh food and service. Went here yesterday, 04/04/2022, for a $2 Big Mac. Had not had one for more then 3 years. I could not believe how thin the meat... patties were! Looked to be less then 1/8" thick & dry. Bottom bun was a bun from the middle! I pointed it out to the femalemanager who did not seem to care! Her answer " sometimes it happens"! My fries were dumped across my napkins covering them ingrease! Fries seemed thinker & dry from last time I had them 2 months ago! What a waste of money! Burger was dry & had no flavor& I even asked for extra pickles & spread! Will never get another burger here! See pictures! Went here yesterday 05/12/2022 fora breakfast biscuit & drink. When I went to refill my drink at soda area, because signs right on machines had been removed thedispenser had no mixing nozzle on it and it sprayed out on my coat sleeve! When I went to the counter to mention it to themanager or shift leader who was an older lady with gray hair she didn't seem concerned about the spray on my coat and saidthere's a sign over there! Yes when I went back and looked there's one little sign on only the left wall not both walls insomething should be hung in front of the machines so an unsuspecting customer who doesn't notice the new little sign doesn't getsprayed with soda! This is terrible management and the situation should be corrected by the owner of this franchise! Theattitude of the shift leader or manager was totally inappropriate and she looked like she was out of her sorts! When I asked fora refill it took approximately 6 minutes for me to get it while she helped other people and didn't seem to regard me waiting allthat time for a refill! This policy by McDonald's is ridiculous because you throw your cup in the trash and you're just causingmore trash to be collected when we could be serving ourself and saving a cup! Came here a little bit after 9pm. Ordered on my phone with the app and came to pick up. The sign says dinning room open till 10... but no doors are open. Wish we could just go somewhere else but already paid and couldn?t cancel. Ended up waiting another 20min in the drive through line to get my food. Total time spend to get my food was over half hour. I just read a few reviews and on the contrary, I had an amazing experience. Fresh food. Didn't wait long for a Saturday... night. Order was accurate and food was fresh. We drove to this McDonald to get a happy meal for my daughter as we get in line and waited over 20 mins to come to the window n... we are told the system is down n we can?t sell any food. Common sense and good customer service would?ve been if somebody cameoutside and let customers know the system is down so we don?t wait in line just to be told that n I had to drive away with nofood for my daughter. They had 2 cars waiting to get the food so did they get it for free since the system is down. Special ordered my 2 McDoubles in the drive thru. The line was only a few cars and they had my order ready when I got to the... window, just as I wanted them! No extra waiting or go park here and we'll bring it out... none of that, it was great! Girl atthe drive thru window was very nice and courteous and the burgers were delicious!
