The staff at this location is so incredibly friendly. They always greet you by name and they always have a smile on their faces.... Their bagels and pastries are also very delicious! 5 stars for that!! But something is always down. The ice machine has beendown for months and you constantly have to bother the staff for some ice, which is tough on them because they have to stopwhatever food they?re making in order to get you some ice. A few days ago, the coffee brewing machine was down. A few daysbefore that, the soda machine was down too. Some of these things need to be addressed right away because it?s hard on the staff,and it?s also an inconvenience to paying customers. 3 stars for that!! The average comes out to 4 stars. Read more

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! They had their Air Conditioning off in midst of a heat wave. I heard multiple customers complaining... about the same, no action was taken. I personally complained to one of the employees and I was told that A/C is on high blastright now. I was literally sweating. Immediately walked out of this pathetic place and visited Panera at La Verne where it waspleasant inside and they had AC turned on. On top of that, they have a broken soda machine and also ice is unavailable for overa month now! Also it's a kiosk order only location sometimes and no one can take an order at the counter. as a panera rewards customer I find my self at a nearby panera at least 5 times a month. I've never been unsatisfactory with... there customer service and the overall quality of their delicious menu items . Today was my first time visiting this locationand all I can say is the atmosphere in there was unwholesome. I had a long wait at the counter without being attended to .Iended up just getting out of the line attempting to purchase a gift card . The dining area was met by a huge stack of used &unwashed dishes that was kind of hard to ignore as you ate . All throughout the store there was these big piles of theseunwashed dishes. Not sure why the reviews are so bad here. My experience was pretty good. Service was the standout part for me as the food... typical fast casual, so wasn?t expecting to get wow?d but when I want a chicken salad sandwich, Panera is my go to. Bread to sosoft in the middle but with an awesome chewy crust. Added a cucumber salad to make half and half order for an extra $1.99 andwon?t make that mistake again. It wasn?t bad, but it was a little bland and paying extra and not getting their chips (which arethe best kettle chips ever) or their bread (which is also pretty awesome) was a disappointment. For the other half sandwich, wetried the chipotle chicken and my GF loved it. Great way to share a quick bite for lunch. As for the service, I did pre-orderwhile getting gas at Costco next door. When I walked in, I really didn?t know where to go or what to do. There were peoplestanding around and there were signs to line up, but was a bit confusing because people weren?t really lined up. So I askedsomeone if they were in line and he explained that he was waiting for his name to pop up on the order screen which had one halfof the screen for ordered being prepared and orders which are completed. Makes sense, right? If only I knew. So I scan thescreen for my name and didn?t find it. A kid that helped me earlier came over and asked if I had questions and when I told himthat I prefer-ordered but didn?t see my name he offered to check. He promptly came back and said my order was ready and beingbagged which is why my name wasn?t up there. Cool. Walked up and got my order. Last but not least, why did I need help earlierwhen I already pre-ordered? Well I love the baguette and since I wasn?t getting any due to the salad, I wanted to buy one.Unfortunately, the website didn?t have the option for adding a baguette even though other bakery items are and it was an optionfor a side.
