Red Robin is our go to place. When surrounding restaurants are too busy to accommodate us for a meal we can always count on... this restaurant to come thru. During the pandemic, we never had an issue being served. The service is almost always top notchand the food is always cooked as requested. We're here quite often and highly recommend this location. They're friendly andprompt with service and the food is great. Read more

STOP HERE IF YOU LIKE COLD FOOD, BIASED SERVERS, CARELESS SERVERS, and LAZINESS all Around for your HARD EARNED cash!!!! Waited... over 30 minutes for a burger and a kids chicken strips. And some wings. After a painful lingering wait time, and noticing that afamily behind us got their food as soon as they ordered, we were served our food with no dipping sauces. Asked another serverfor sauce and Waited another 10 mins till i decided to get up and ask for some service myself. And even then nothing was broughtto the table. Upon eating a wing, we noticed the food was warm not heated and so was the burger with a hard boiled egg on topinstead of over easy. Noticed another couple of 2 explaining that their food was also cold. It seems to me that the serverswere trying to satisfy the larger party?s for a bigger tip. As my table was neglected multiple times with servers walking aroundand ignoring my small party. As my 2nd time at Red Robin was a HORRID experience. We Will not be coming back to this LAZY andever so LACKING food establishment. Read more

For the price it's hard to beat. No idea if our waiter was the manager and was filling in or is just really good at his job but... he was just on top of it and is one of the best waiters I have ever had. Food is really good for the price and is hard to beat.Bottomless fries are great and all of their sauces are S teir. They have people dedicated to fries and drinks so while yourbeing helped with your order the drink you asked for 2 minutes prior arrives and it's really nice. Also hot goth Chick was awaiter so that's always a bonus. Read more

My friend 6/20 call me to go and celebrate our 6/26 birthday told me that she call before going in if both of us could get... Birthday burgers and she YES. we get there and yes we get our burgers got separate checks to get it free got ex burger. Myfriend that was her birthday had to paid her food asked if we could ice cream said ice cream close ???? so we did not celebratelike we want to so disappointed about Red Robin and it's was a Manger TOO! The staff was very cheerful and helpful. The restaurant was clean. We had the pretzel bites as a starter which were a bit... crunchy on the outside. That was a nice improvement as usually they are soft. My burger cooked perfectly and my wife enjoyed hercrispy chicken salad. Overall a good experience. Read more

Tasty!! My burger was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My pickle chips were cut a little too thin which made them loose some of... the great pickle flavor through the batter. Fries crisp and salted lightly. Overall very pleasant experience. Staff maskedduring service. Read more
