I showed them what I wanted via the Starbucks apps and they made my drink iced even though I told them warm. When asked to... remake it, they told me they only know how to make it one way. ?? Even though it's clearly on the menu as a warm drink. And Ialso ordered an iced coffe and it was not made with ingredients I asked.
