I showed them what I wanted via the Starbucks apps and they made my drink iced even though I told them warm. When asked to... remake it, they told me they only know how to make it one way. ?? Even though it's clearly on the menu as a warm drink. And Ialso ordered an iced coffe and it was not made with ingredients I asked. And when I mentioned it, they didn't seem botheredenough to do anything. Overall, don't bother buying from here. Read more

This used to be a nice Starbucks. Now there is always trash on the floor and the tables are dirty. Sad to see this place has... gone downhill. I know it could be a great store again if they kept things clean. Read more
Everything you?d expect from a Starbucks, except no drive through. This is a big deal, to the extent of skipping coffee... especially when it?s long waits , in which it?s often crowded or can?t or don?t want to get out of your car. I would give a zero if I could. Terrible customer service. Wasn?t even acknowledged when walking up while there was three... baristas. Waiting for my drink when I noticed my drink was already finished and she didn?t call my name. Went to get it and sheagain didn?t acknowledge me. I said thank you and all she did was stare at me.
