I ordered by phone thinking it was ok to just go through the drive through and pick up my order, but they didn?t give me a quick... service cuz they have a notice outside stating you need to order your order through the speaker, but they don?t specify anythingelse ,so I really thought it was ok since I ordered by phone to just go and pick up my order, well I experienced a really badservice just because of this issue, so I told them I just wanted to pick up my order but the girl was upset, I told her theydidn?t specify correctly and she answered (well to me it is clear ) I got real upset and answered her ( well not to me ) shethen closed the drive through window and hand me my order surprisingly she did say (thank you) they are so unprofessional andrude , it?s ok to let me know their rules , but why be so rude and unprofessional? pizza was cold and customer service was horrible! the lady at the window was very rude and impatient. she had an attitude and... kept asking for my order when i had given it to her multiple times. this location needs to work on there customer servicebecause it?s not the first time this has happened to me. the lady?s name was Leslie and management needs to look into her workbecause this is the 2nd time i?ve had the same problem with the same lady. bad look for the store Read more
I ordered over the phone 3 hot&ready, 1 with sausage. Was told to wait 20min. Arrived, and girl didn't seem to pay attention. I... saw a cookie dough advertisement and asked what it was and she said she didn't know. Told me the price, and left to the back.Didn't give me a receipt and just said in a very low and unhappy voice, here, as she pushed m pizza box forward. Got home andsausage was literally just placed on top of the pizza. Everytime i grabbed a pizza it all fell off. Came out to almost $30. Read more

Very good and prompted service. I've gone to the one in Horizon all the way up there and they never have the $5 pizza ready.... I'll stick to this one even if it's out of my way. Read more
I love the pizza. Its very delicious. The prices are very reasonable. Would definitely try them again. They have good side as... well. Wings and breadsticks. They also have refreshments for your thirst. Read more
